Job Description

This role involves the development and application of engineering practice and knowledge in defining, configuring and deploying industrial digital technologies (including but not limited to PLM and MES) for managing continuity of information across the engineering enterprise, including design, industrialization, manufacturing and supply chain, and for managing the manufacturing data.

Job Description

Your Role

As an FPGA Design Engineer, you will develop and support FPGA solutions for LTE/5G wireless communication products. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, verify, debug, and optimize FPGA firmware from concept through production.

In this role, you will:

• Develop FPGA designs using Verilog/VHDL.
• Design and implement wireless/RAN communication features.
• Perform simulation, synthesis, and timing closure using Vivado, Quartus, and ModelSim.
• Develop functional test benches and execute firmware validation.
• Debug firmware issues and support product releases.
• Implement DSP functions such as DUC, DDC, FFT/IFFT, DPD, AGC, and Beamforming.
• Work on O-RAN, CPRI, JESD204, and 10G/25G Ethernet interfaces.
• Support hardware integration, testing, and customer deployments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of FPGA design experience in LTE/5G, RAN, or wireless communication products.
• Strong expertise in Verilog/VHDL and digital design.
• Hands-on experience with Vivado, Quartus, and ModelSim.
• Experience in FPGA-based DSP and radio signal processing.
• Good knowledge of O-RAN, CPRI, LTE, and 5G technologies.
• Experience with 10G/25G Ethernet, JESD204, and high-speed interfaces.
• Familiarity with MATLAB and Simulink.
• Strong debugging, verification, and timing closure skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
