  • Transition Solutioning & Sales Support – Shape and architect transition solutions for large, complex deals; support bids, proposals, and solution development.
  • End‑to‑End Transition Delivery – Lead and deliver multi‑tower, multi‑geography transition projects with full accountability for time, cost, and quality.
  • Stakeholder & Governance Management – Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams; ensure adherence to processes, reporting, and governance.

  • Large‑Scale Transition Expertise – Proven experience managing complex, large IT engagements and designing transition solutions.
  • Application & AMS Knowledge – Strong understanding of application management, service transition, and delivery models.
  • Stakeholder & Communication Skills – Excellent presentation, facilitation, and customer‑facing skills across senior stakeholders.
  • Project & Methodology Strength – ITIL v3 certified (mandatory); PMP / PRINCE2 preferred; working knowledge of Agile desirable.

Your Role

  • SAP Service Delivery Leadership – Lead SAP AMS engagements with ownership of service delivery, client management, and governance.
  • Program & Operations Management – Manage program planning, issue/risk resolution, budgets, P&L, financial reporting, and delivery milestones.

We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager / Proposal Manager to support end-to-end bid management, proposal development, response management, and pricing activities for Digital Customer Experience (DCX) opportunities. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Solution, Delivery, and Account teams to develop winning proposals, customer presentations, and sales pitches for global clients.

Your Role:

  • Manage end-to-end bid and proposal processes, including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and proactive pursuits.
  • Drive bid planning, bid/no-bid decisions, response integration, and submission management.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery Teams, SMEs, and Account Teams to develop high-quality proposals.

  • Ability to coordinate with technical SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders globally.
