Oracle EBS | Kolkata

Your Role

  • Act as the first point of contact for end users on Oracle EBS Finance-related issues and requests. 
  • Provide L1 functional support for Oracle EBS Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues within agreed SLA timelines.
  • Escalate complex functional or technical issues to L2/L3 teams while ensuring end-to-end ownership and follow-up. 
  • Support finance business processes across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.

  • Maintain accurate ticket updates, documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with finance users, business stakeholders, and cross-functional support teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Provide support aligned with European business hours and ensure high levels of user satisfaction. 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance Support, Application Support, AMS, or Oracle Finance Functional Consulting. 
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM. 
  • Good understanding of finance processes including R2R, P2P, and O2C. 
  • Experience handling incidents, service requests, ticket management, and user support activities. 
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
