Your Role

Results-driven Internal Communications professional with experience managing corporate communications, employee engagement initiatives, and content strategy across digital platforms. Skilled in developing impactful communication plans, managing intranet content, executing internal campaigns, and supporting change management programs. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, IT, and leadership to deliver consistent, brand-aligned messaging. Strong expertise in editorial planning, stakeholder management, content governance, event coordination, and communication analytics. Proven ability to drive employee engagement, enhance organizational culture, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality communications that support business objectives and strengthen alignment across the organization.

In this Role you will play key role in

· Align with all internal departments to direct, create and publish content to the company’s corporate intranet site, ensuring that it is current and engaging.

· Ideate and manage all internal campaigns and needed firm-wide communications both on and off the website and keep employees apprised of marketing efforts, branding initiatives.

· Collaborate with Creative Services, IT and Compliance as needed for various communication inputs and formats.

· Assist in the development, creation and design of corporate communications elements (brochures, videos, pamphlets,) to convey current operations and corporate culture.

· Create and execute integrated internal communications and change management plans for the organization and its leadership.

· Drive internal communications best-practice research, analysis of monthly internal communications analytics, to formulate recommendations on improvements to the internal communications program.

· Encompass crucial tasks like managing web, email, digital, social media, and content marketing deliverables.

· Assist in end-to-end planning and execution of industry conferences and client events scheduled throughout the year for your engagement/ project. Your involvement will cover all aspects of the process.

· In your role, you will be responsible for overseeing the content planning process, acting as the liaison between your industry marketing leads, content, creative, and campaign management teams. Your duties will involve collaborating with content writers to ensure a smooth content development process.

· Exhibit robust project management skills while overseeing the creative teams responsible for designing various marketing materials, visual identities, brochures, POVs, case studies, sales decks, battle cards, video scripts, infographics, demos, and more. This also includes handling PR, internal, and external communication when necessary.

· Review all content to ensure that it meets quality and brand guidelines and is aligned with core industry messaging.

Your Profile

· Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, or Journalism preferred.

· Experience with multiple traditional and non-traditional channel communications.

· Excellent technical skills, illustrating professional expertise with social media technologies and advanced knowledge of various social tools.

· Proven experience with building out scalable marketing campaigns.

· Proficiency in MSFT Office including PPT is required.

· At least six years of writing or communications experience, ideally in a corporate or agency setting and focused on employee engagement.

· Experience in navigating complex organizations, working with senior executives, and developing strategies to communicate with multi-site employees preferred.
