- Expertise in mapping current-state processes (“as-is”) and designing future-state processes (“to-be”), including detailed journey maps and service blueprints.

AI Compliance Lead
Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and lead the implementation of the organization’s Responsible AI (RAI) compliance program, aligning it with regulatory requirements and ethical best practices.
- Design and implement governance frameworks that ensure ethical AI development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with global AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR, CCPA) and internal governance policies.
- Lead risk assessments to identify ethical, legal, and operational risks in AI systems, with a focus on fairness, transparency, accountability, and bias mitigation.
