Your Role
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to operationalize ML models, serving frameworks (TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe) and experience with MLOps tools
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions for ML models, experience with ML model serving frameworks (TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe)
- Optimize ML infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency
Your Profile
- GenAI scalability & integration
- Ops support for Large Language models including incidents management, and user support
- GenAI solutions monitoring and maintenance, including performance monitoring, user interaction monitoring and efficacy monitoring
- Guardrails review and monitoring include bias audits, and other identified guardrail checks based on implemented GenAI solutions
- Code management support including proactive code optimization beyond break fixes
- Implementation of Cost and Performance Optimizations for Gen AI applications based on the LLMOps monitoring data

Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.

Support process by managing transactions as per required quality standards
- Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails in a courteous manner
- Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information and nature of problem or issue
- Update own availability in the RAVE system to ensure productivity of the process
- Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions
- Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve all client queries

Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support delivery through development and deployment of tools.
Do
1. Provide tool design, development and deployment support for the project delivery
a. Interact with the internal project or client to understand the project requirement from a tool perspective
b. Design the solution keeping in mind the tool requirements, current tools available as well as details on licenses required etc.
c. Provide budget and timeline estimates for the tool development/ deployment as required
d. For any new tool development, identify sources for development (internal or 3rd party) and work with the project managers on the development of the tool keeping in mind the production rollout timelines
e. Conduct commercial discussions with the 3rd party vendors for licenses or tool development
f. Conduct appropriate testing to ensure error free deployment of the tool on the project
g. Ensure deployment of tool on time and within the estimated budget
