Lead Software Engineer – TM Functional

Your Role

• Lead and support SAP TM (Transportation Management) implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.
• Gather business requirements and design end-to-end transportation solutions aligned with logistics processes.
• Configure SAP TM functionalities including freight planning, optimization, carrier selection, and freight settlement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (EWM, SD, MM, FI) to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
• Provide production support, resolve issues, and drive enhancements for transportation and logistics operations.

Your Profile

• 9+ years of experience in SAP TM with strong expertise in transportation and logistics processes.
• Hands-on experience in TM configuration such as freight order management, planning, execution, and charge management.
• Experience in S/4HANA TM or embedded TM implementations is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of integration with EWM, SD, MM, and FI modules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work in global environments.
