Scrum Master

Your Role

• Organize and facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings.
• Support the development team in delivering high-quality products within the agreed-upon time frames.
• Identify and eliminate impediments or obstacles that hinder the team’s progress.
• Work with stakeholders and other teams to resolve cross-team dependencies and issues.
• Coach the team members on Agile/Scrum practices and values.
• Maintain and provide transparency into team progress by tracking key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint/release progress.
• Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and expectations.

Your Profile

• The Scrum Master is responsible for guiding and coaching the development team and the organization on Agile/Scrum practices and principles.
• They facilitate the Agile development process, remove impediments, and ensure that the team meets its goals and delivers value to the stakeholders.
• At least he / She Should have minimum one Certification: – CSM/PSM/PMP/ PMI-ACP/Safe
