Java Full Stack Consultant

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, TypeScript, REST APIs.
• Experience with Payments Domain (ACH, Wire, SWIFT, RTP, ISO 20022, Card Payments, Merchant Payments).
• Expertise in Oracle/PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong understanding of payment security, compliance, and transaction processing.
• Experience leading distributed Agile teams and stakeholder management.

Additional Responsibilities

Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data

• Awareness of latest technologies and trends
• Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
• One or two industry domain knowledge

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Design and develop microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and develop secure, scalable REST APIs.
• Handle synchronous and asynchronous communication (REST, messaging, events).
• Development of Angular-based UI applications
• Ensure seamless integration between UI, APIs, and workflow engines.
• Lead and mentor full stack developers; conduct design and code reviews.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, compliance, and QA teams.
• Drive Agile delivery: sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and releases.
