Associate Manager – Infrastructure

Responsibilities

Facade SME: Facade design SME on Infosys Bangalore 345, Pune, Indore project (post tender stage), and

ongoing Mohali campus — managing design approvals, submittals, changes and variation across internal

teams, consultants, and contractors.

● Waterproofing SME: Waterproofing SME on Pune SDB-2, SDB-3 (SRI Coating), and ongoing Infosys

Kolkata — strong grasp of waterproofing chemicals and systems.

● Design Management: Led design coordination for a G+2 structure with 2 FOBs (PMR-4 & 5), managing

all technical packages under senior supervision.

● Skills: Stakeholder management, contract management, façade engineering and QA-QC, and glass

engineering across large-scale projects.
