Your role

Location – Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai 

Overview:
The MedTech SME is a domain expert responsible for shaping, advising, and enabling digital and connected health solutions for medical device and health technology clients. The role focuses on secure, software‑ and user‑centric product platforms, connected health ecosystems, and digital GTM models. Working closely with sales, delivery, and engineering teams, the SME ensures solutions are clinically relevant, regulator‑ready, scalable, and outcome‑driven across the MedTech product lifecycle.

Role:

• Provide domain leadership across Connected Health, Smart Devices, SaaMD/DTx, and digital product platforms
• Advise clients on digital portfolio strategy, value and outcomes design, and connected health operating models
• Support conception, design, and scale‑up of secure, user‑centric, software‑first MedTech solutions
• Shape solutions covering data strategy, digital platforms, digital biomarkers, solution engineering, and lifecycle management
• Guide regulatory, quality, and compliance alignment for digital and connected medical products
• Engage partner ecosystems across devices, platforms, cloud, analytics, and services
• Support sales and solutioning with strong MedTech and connected‑health credibility
• Provide high‑level research guidance across MedTech and Connected Digital Health fields

Your profile

• 6-12 years of experience in MedTech, medical devices, digital health, or connected products
• Strong understanding of medical device product development and lifecycle management
• Hands‑on exposure to connected devices, SaaMD, DTx, or digital health platforms
• Working knowledge of MedTech regulations and compliance frameworks
• Ability to bridge business outcomes, engineering, regulatory, and user experience
• Strong stakeholder communication and advisory skills
