Your Role

• Experience in CEGID Y2 POS application
  Core Functional understanding of CEGID Y2 POS application.
• Experience in POS applications.
• Experienced in 24*7 retail stores production support, which includes providing level 2 support for application support and system monitoring for backend interfaces.
• Root Cause Analysis on issues.
• Production Support Experience.
• Experience in Implementation, Development, Analysis and need to interact with process owners / SME’s on solutions
• Ability to handle L2 fixes on
  • Sales
  • Store Operations Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Loyalty issues
  • Pricing and promotions

Your Profile

Added advantage : CEGID Certified
Should have good knowledge on all POS applications, SQL & ITIL (Incident, Request, Change management) & Servicenow Ticketing tool.
