Playwright Lead

Location : All Wipro Locations

Mandatory Skills : Playwright and MCP Server

1. A senior automation engineer with 7 to 11 year’s experience in which 5to 7 year’s experience in Playwright Automation with MCP and Agentic AI
2. Proficiency in Playwright framework and its features. and hands on in Integrations with Test management tools
3. Must have handson experience Design, develop, and maintain Playwright automated test scripts and suites using Playwright for web UI and API testing
4. Strong programming skills in languages like JavaScript/TypeScript (most common), Python, or Java.
5. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and best practices.
6. Experience in enhancing and optimizing existing automation frameworks and tools for efficiency and scalability
7. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
8. Experience with defect tracking systems (e.g. Jira, Xray, Proton/HP ALM).
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
11. Must have fluent communication and very good reporting skills
12. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
