Senior Service Delivery Manager

Your Role

• Lead GenAI, Agentic AI, and AI-SDLC transformation initiatives across engineering teams.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines, Vector DBs, embeddings, and AI-powered engineering solutions.
• Drive adoption of SDD (Spec Driven Development) and AI-assisted software delivery practices.
• Integrate AI capabilities with GitHub, Jira, CI/CD, SonarQube, and developer toolchains.
• Define transformation roadmaps and engage stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

Your Profile

• Having relevant 12+ years of Experience working as a Senior Lead or Architect.
• 2+ years of experience of with GEN AI and related skills.
• Strong hands-on expertise in GenAI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI development tools.
• Experience with Copilot, Claude, AI agents, and AI-driven software engineering practices.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering transformations (300+ engineers).
• Solid background in Java/.NET, Microservices, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, and SRE.
• Excellent leadership, consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
