EUC Lead

Your Role

• Lead and manage End-User Computing services including desktop, laptop, mobile device, and workstation lifecycle management.
• Drive Service Desk operations, ensuring high user satisfaction, SLA adherence, and efficient incident resolution.
• Oversee cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including cloud operations, migration initiatives, optimization, and governance.
• Strengthen cybersecurity operations through vulnerability management, risk mitigation, compliance, and incident response.

Your Profile

• 10+ years of experience in IT Operations with expertise across EUC, Service Desk, Cloud Technologies, and Cybersecurity.
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams with a focus on service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Citrix, VMware, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, GCP, and cybersecurity tools/frameworks.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure management, cloud migration, hybrid environments, cost optimization, and vendor management.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001, including risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response.
