Job Description
Responsibilities
Configure and administer Adobe Workfront environments.
Create and maintain projects, templates, portfolios, programs, queues, forms, and dashboards.
Develop custom workflows, approval processes, and automation rules.
Design and maintain reports, scorecards, and analytics dashboards.
Integrate Workfront with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Jira, ServiceNow, or other business systems.
Manage user access, permissions, groups, teams, and security settings.
Gather business requirements and translate them into Workfront solutions.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support.
Perform data imports, exports, and system migrations.
Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
