Job Description
Responsibilities
Define MES architecture, roadmap, and deployment strategy.
Design and implement ISA-95 compliant MES solutions.
Lead manufacturing process assessments and digital transformation initiatives.
Architect integrations between MES, ERP, SCADA, Historian, and other enterprise systems.
Lead global MES implementation programs and delivery governance.
Manage stakeholders, customer workshops, and executive presentations.
Support pre-sales, solution estimation, and proposal development.
Drive best practices, reusable frameworks, and manufacturing intelligence solutions.
Technical and Professional Requirements
MES Platforms: Ignition, Sepasoft, AVEVA MES, Siemens Opcenter, Delmia Apriso, SAP ME/MII
Standards: ISA-95, ISA-88, ISA-62443, GAMP5
Integration: SAP/Oracle/Infor ERP, SCADA, Historian, LIMS, WMS
Technologies: OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profinet
Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle
Cloud & Analytics: Azure, AWS, Data Lake, Power BI
Architecture: Enterprise Architecture, Solution Design, Cybersecurity, HA/DR
Experience: 15+ years in Manufacturing Systems with strong MES implementation and consulting experience
