We are looking for experienced MES professionals with strong expertise in Siemens Opcenter to support manufacturing execution system implementations and digital factory initiatives. Role OverviewThis role focuses on configuring, integrating, deploying, and supporting Siemens Opcenter MES solutions within manufacturing environments. The candidate will work closely with IT, OT, and business stakeholders to optimize manufacturing operations and enable smart factory initiatives. Key Responsibilities• Configure, test, deploy, and support Siemens Opcenter MES platforms in manufacturing environments.• Collaborate with IT, OT, Engineering, and Operations teams for MES implementation and integration activities.• Integrate MES solutions with enterprise systems including ERP, SCADA, PLM, Historian, and IoT platforms.• Monitor MES platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability. Ideal Candidate ProfileMandatory Skills     • Strong experience in Siemens Opcenter MES (Mandatory).     • Good understanding of manufacturing execution workflows, production tracking, quality management, and genealogy.•     ’Configure, test, deploy, and support MES platforms in manufacturing environments.•     Collaborate with IT, OT, and Operations teams for MES integration activities.•     Integrate MES solutions with ERP, SCADA, PLM, and IoT systems.•     Monitor MES platform performance and resolve technical issues.•     Escalate complex issues to senior platform leadership when required.•     Prepare and maintain configuration, technical, and process documentation.•     Support manufacturing process improvements through MES optimization.•     Ensure alignment with project, quality, and client standards.’Preferred Skills• Experience in Life Sciences, Automotive, Consumer Products, Semiconductor, or Industrial Manufacturing domains.• Knowledge of SQL, database concepts, and MES reporting.• Familiarity with validation and compliance requirements in regulated manufacturing environments.• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Educational Qualification• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
