Finance Reporter

Your role

• Prepare monthly Forecasts, Actuals, and Annual Budgets for P&L and KPIs
• Perform financial reporting with dashboards, commentary, and variance analysis (Budget/Forecast/YoY)
• Conduct financial and variance analysis to support business decisions and improvements
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and reconciliation of financial information
• Support Business Reviews, 3-Year Plans, and ad-hoc management requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, HR, Finance)
• Ensure governance, internal controls, and SOP compliance
• Drive process improvements, automation, and digitization initiatives
• Engage with stakeholders on delivery, performance, and future planning

Your profile

• Experience Range: The ideal candidate should possess 6-12 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts, financial statements, and P&L drivers
• Experience in financial planning, reporting, and analytics
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, HFM preferred)
• Knowledge of data analytics, visualization & storytelling
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving mindset, proactive and adaptable approach
• High attention to detail, timeline-driven, and governance-focused
