Order To Cash Process Expert

YOUR ROLE

As a member of the team, you will leverage your proficient knowledge of one or more processes to participate in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service. Responsible for managing complex billing activities, driving process improvements, handling escalations, and ensuring operational excellence within the O2C Billing function.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Manage end-to-end billing operations for assigned accounts/business units.
• Review and validate complex billing transactions and contract-based invoicing.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve billing disputes.
• Analyze billing metrics and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Reporting).
• Knowledge of billing controls, compliance, and financial governance.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proficiency in data management tools and systems (e.g., SAP, MDG).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of global data standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
