Manhattan- Active/ WMS

Your Role

We are looking for experienced Manhattan Active/ WMS Consultants to join our growing Supply Chain and Warehouse Management practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing Manhattan Active/ WMS Warehouse Management (MAWM) solutions for global customers.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Warehouse Management processes.
• Configure and implement Manhattan Active/ WMS modules based on business requirements.
• Participate in solution design, fit-gap analysis, and process optimization workshops.
• Develop functional specifications and support technical teams during integrations and customizations.
• Work on inbound, outbound, inventory management, replenishment, allocation, wave planning, labor management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and offshore/onsite teams.
• Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect analysis, and production deployment activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues.

Your profile

• Prepare solution documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer documents.

• 4 to 15 years of overall IT experience with relevant experience in Manhattan/Active WMS.
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Management and Supply Chain business processes.
• Experience in Manhattan Active WMS configuration, implementation, and support projects.
• Experience with WMS integrations using APIs, middleware, ERP, and transportation systems.
• Ability to perform requirement gathering, solution design, and system configuration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
