Job Description
Your Role
- Provide 24×7 Production & Application Support
- Manage critical incidents, RCA, and SLA adherence
- Support Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Hive, and Big Data platforms
- Monitor deployments, batch jobs, and data pipelines
- Handle ServiceNow, Change, Incident & Problem Management
- Support Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Azure environments
- Coordinate with L3/L4 teams for issue resolution
Your Profile
- Strong experience in Production Support/Application Support
- Hands-on with Hadoop Ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Spark, Kafka)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Azure
- Experience with Splunk, ELK, Grafana, and monitoring tools
- Proficient in Python, Shell Scripting, and Linux
- Familiar with ServiceNow, Jira, and ITIL processes
- Banking/Capital Markets domain experience preferred
