Role Summary
Lead database operations and service delivery across Oracle and SQL Server platforms, driving performance optimization, high availability, automation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead database operations, complex incident resolution, and service improvements.
- Design and implement HA/DR solutions across database environments.
- Drive database performance tuning, optimization, and capacity planning.
- Lead automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Mentor database administrators and provide technical leadership.
- Support project delivery, migrations, and database transformation initiatives.
