Blue Yonder (BY) WMS- Discrete & Dispatcher

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder (BY) WMS with expertise in Discrete and Dispatcher modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting BY WMS solutions to optimize warehouse operations, task management, labor utilization, and order fulfilment processes.

• Lead and participate in Blue Yonder WMS implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure and support BY WMS Discrete and Dispatcher functionalities.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend warehouse process improvements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical consultants.

Your Profile

• Prepare functional specifications, process flow documents, and test cases.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Troubleshoot system and process issues related to warehouse operations.
• Facilitate user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

• Strong experience in Blue Yonder (JDA) Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Discrete Picking, Dispatcher Configuration, Task Management, Order Fulfilment, Wave Planning, Inventory Management, Receiving and Putaway, Replenishment Processes, Shipping & Logistics Execution, Warehouse Operations Management
• Knowledge of inbound and outbound warehouse processes.
• Experience in system configuration, testing, and support activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
