HSE ESG Supply Chain

Responsibilities

1. Over 15 yrs of experience in ESG, HSE, and Supplier /Vendor Audit and Compliance preferably from IT

industry with expertise in handling teams of various expertise.

2. Develop and Implement Audit Strategies and integrated large program audits for ESG, HSE,

3. Ensure audit strategies address critical areas and emerging risks in the Supply Chain , ESG, and HSE

landscape

4. Plan, lead and execute Group Level Supplier audits, ESG audits, Location level integrated HSE audits,

Functional audits

5. Establish audit criteria, plan and conduct periodic audits for various categories of Suppliers

6. Assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

7. Identify business risks and areas for improvement

8. Collaborate with ESG PMO, HSE Corp, and BEF Heads and teams and perform risk-based audits aligned

with organizational objectives/goals and ESG ambitions

9. Provide guidance and training to junior auditors, fostering skill development and adherence to audit

methodologies.

10. Conduct co-audits and review audit findings to ensure consistency and quality

11. Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations

12. Present audit results to senior management and stakeholders

13. Facilitate discussions on audit outcomes and improvement initiatives

14. Provide risk summary to various levels of senior management and Management Reviews and risk forums

15. Conduct gaps analysis for new standards, enable organization in establishing and implementing policies

and processes as per requirements

16. Carry out site readiness and facilitate scope inclusion of new centers to QMS, HSE standards

17. Lead large external certification programs

18. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards( especially good SME knowledge on Labor, social

compliance, Statutory and regulatory requirements)

19. Lead initiatives to standardize and optimize audit processes.

20. Maintain comprehensive records of audit activities and outcomes.

21. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness

Additional Responsibilities

• Requires extensive expertise on Microsoft Office
• Sound operating knowledge with AI tools, Power BI, tableau , Claude, Fabric etc..
• Ability to assess and evaluate data, processes, and results to identify issues
• Clearly communicate audit findings and recommendations to relevant teams
• Keep accurate and detailed records of audits, results, and corrective actions.
• Good presentation skills and problem solving ability
• Able to work with cross-cultural teams, management team/senior team members, time management and

sticks to deadlines.
