Job Description
Your Role
- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow SPM solutions.
- Implement and customize ServiceNow SPM modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, Flow Designer flows, and integrations.
- Configure dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance analytics for portfolio visibility.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Your Profile
- 6+ years of total experience with 4+ years experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
