Java Full Stack Technology Lead

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of full-stack features using Java on the backend and Angular/ReactJS on the frontend.

• Define technical architecture, design patterns, and coding standards to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Build and review backend services, APIs, and integrations with strong focus on performance, security, and reliability.
• Drive frontend engineering practices including component design, state management, routing, and UI performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and QA to refine requirements and deliver high-quality releases.
• Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices across the stack.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
• Promote CI/CD-friendly development, automated testing, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.

Additional Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Java frameworks and enterprise patterns (e.g., Spring Boot), and building modular, testable services.
• Strong frontend engineering depth with reusable component libraries, responsive design, and accessibility-minded UI development.
• Experience with automated testing practices across backend and frontend (unit/integration/UI testing).
• Familiarity with microservices, event-driven design, and API versioning strategies.
• Exposure to cloud-native development, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
