Infrastructure and OS (Windows/VMware/Linux/Unix/AIX)

Responsibilities

Manage and support enterprise infrastructure and OS environments based on assigned specialization

Handle server provisioning, configuration, and maintenance

Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for production systems

Support patching, upgrades, and system hardening activities

Ensure system availability, performance, and security compliance

Work on incident management, problem management, and RCA

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operations and deployment support

Contribute to automation and standardization of routine tasks
