Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for middleware platforms and enterprise applications
Monitor application and middleware environments to ensure high availability and performance
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application availability, performance, jobs, interfaces, and middleware services
Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of middleware components
Handle incident management, service requests, root cause analysis, and problem resolution within defined SLAs
Coordinate with L1/L3 teams, development teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders for issue resolution
Perform log analysis, health checks, and system monitoring to proactively identify issues
Support batch job monitoring, restart activities, and interface/application recovery as required
Participate in patching, upgrades, release support, and environment validation activities
Ensure proper documentation of incidents, fixes, SOPs, and knowledge articles
