Job Description

Provide L2 support for enterprise End User Computing (EUC) environments

Manage and support Active Directory including user administration, group policies, access management, and directory services

Administer and support Citrix environments for virtual application and desktop delivery

Manage endpoint devices through Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, configuration, and application deployment

Support SCCM for software distribution, patch management, imaging, and device administration

Troubleshoot issues related to user access, endpoint configuration, application delivery, device policies, and system performance

Handle incident management, service requests, root cause analysis, and problem resolution within defined SLAs

Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and policy adherence across managed devices

Support OS deployment, patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and service desk teams for issue resolution and operational support

Maintain SOPs, knowledge base articles, and environment documentation
