Responsibilities

Solution Development

Design and develop business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).

Build automated workflows and business process automation using Power Automate.

Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Design scalable solutions leveraging Dataverse.

Integration & Automation

Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, SAP, and other enterprise applications.

Develop custom connectors and APIs.

Automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities

Leadership & Mentoring

Mentor junior developers and citizen developers.

Conduct design reviews and solution architecture reviews.

Support onboarding and technical capability development.

Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.

Technical and Professional Requirements

Architecture & Governance

Define Power Platform architecture, governance, and best practices.

Ensure security, compliance, and data governance standards.

Support environment management, ALM, and solution deployment strategies.

AI & Copilot

Build AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder.

Implement chatbot and conversational AI solutions.

Leverage Generative AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.
