TestComplete Automation Engineer

Your Role

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated web test scripts using TestComplete and JavaScript.
• Design and implement robust automation frameworks and reusable components.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and maintain test documentation, reports, and automation best practices.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality assurance recommendations.
• Optimize test coverage and improve automation efficiency.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Hands-on experience with TestComplete for web application automation.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience in creating and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of test design techniques and defect management processes.
• Experience with source control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
