Active Directory Administration

Your Role

• Manage and support Active Directory infrastructure across Hyper-V, HPE HCI, Azure, and AWS.
• Provide 24×7 operational support ensuring high availability of AD services.
• Handle user identity and access management (IAM) activities.
• Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Execute reactive maintenance to meet SLA performance targets.
• Monitor system health, performance, and security complianceImplement AD changes, upgrades, and patching activities.
• Support hybrid cloud AD environments and integrations.
• Ensure adherence to security policies and access controls.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for service improvements.
