Technology Specialist

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Core Banking initiatives.

Work with business stakeholders to transform requirements into functional specifications.

Perform gap analysis between business requirements and Finacle capabilities.

Support implementation, enhancement, migration, and transformation projects.

Collaborate with development, testing, and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and user training sessions.

Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and India-specific market requirements.

Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and business process documentation.
