Job Description

Your Role

  • Lead end-to-end design of Neo features, from discovery and journey mapping to high-fidelity prototypes and implementation handover.
  • Design AI-native user experiences across chat, agentic workflows, prompt flows, document interactions, structured data answers and enterprise knowledge discovery.
  • Create conversational flows, decision trees, clarification paths, fallback states and guided user journeys for complex AI interactions.
  • Define conversational information architecture, including how intents, agents, tools, sources, responses and follow-up actions are structured in the user experience.
  • Design trust-building interaction patterns, including citations, source visibility, confidence cues, user confirmations, editable outputs and transparent system behavior.
  • Establish and maintain Neo’s design system, UX standards and reusable interaction patterns across product surfaces.
  • Partner with Product Managers, AI/ML teams and Frontend Engineering to translate insights and technical capabilities into user-centered designs.
  • Conduct user flows, journey maps, prototypes and usability validation to test design decisions.
  • Mentor Product Designers and support consistency across the cross-stream design organization.
  • Use user feedback, analytics and testing insights to continuously improve Neo’s experience.

Your Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Digital Product, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.
  • Significant experience designing digital products, ideally for platforms, SaaS products, enterprise tools or AI-driven interfaces.
  • Strong hands-on mastery of Figma, including libraries, components, prototyping and design documentation.
  • Strong ability to transform complex technical and AI-driven problems into simple, intuitive and trustworthy user flows.
  • Good understanding of AI product UX, conversational design, agentic workflows, prompt UX and decision-flow design.
  • Experience designing conversation flows, decision trees, fallback states, guided workflows, empty states, error states and confirmation patterns.
  • Understanding of how LLM behavior impacts UX, including ambiguity, hallucination risk, source grounding, user trust and controllability.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Research and AI/ML teams in iterative delivery cycles.
  • Ability to balance usability, accessibility, business value, technical constraints and AI-specific risk considerations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
