Order To Cash Process Expert

YOUR ROLE

As a member of the team, you will leverage your proficient knowledge of one or more processes to participate in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service.
 

In this role you will play a key role in:

Data Management:

• Create, update, and maintain customer master data in compliance with global standards.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems.
• Analyse and correct data inconsistencies.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with business units such as Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to understand data requirements and resolve issues.
• Provide training and support to new users on data governance tools and processes.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Maintain documentation for data management processes and ensure compliance with record retention policies.
• Support audits and data quality initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proficiency in data management tools and systems (e.g., SAP, MDG).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
•  Knowledge of global data standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
