QA Automation Engineer

Your Role

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
• Create and execute automated UI, API, regression, integration, and end-to-end test cases.
• Build reusable automation components, utilities, and libraries to improve testing efficiency.
• Perform functional and non-functional testing across banking applications and digital platforms.
• Validate application quality through test planning, execution, defect management, and CI/CD-integrated automation testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to support CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
• Contribute to automation best practices and framework enhancements to improve test coverage and reliability.

Your Profile

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and test management processes.
• Hands-on experience in Test Automation using Selenium and Playwright.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or TypeScript for automation development.
• Experience in designing automation frameworks such as Data-Driven, Hybrid, and Page Object Model (POM) frameworks.
• Knowledge of API testing using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or equivalent technologies.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Prior experience working in the Banking domain is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Triple-A Plus and/or Temenos T24 (T24 Core Banking) will be an added advantage.
