Analyst

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated AI Engineer with 2+ years of experience in designing, building, and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning frameworks. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to develop AI-powered applications that drive business value and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions for business use cases.
• Build and optimize GenAI applications leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Develop data pipelines and workflows to prepare, process, and manage structured and unstructured data.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Monitor AI applications in production and troubleshoot issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development with AI applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.).
• Understanding of:
• Prompt Engineering
• RAG architectures
• Vector databases
• Embeddings
• Model evaluation techniques
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
