Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Solr Operations — Manage, monitor, and support Solr environments.
• Python Scripting — Automate daily operational tasks and workflows.
• Incident Management — Perform RCA, trend analysis, and resolve recurring issues.
• Version Control — Use Git for code and configuration management.
• ITIL Processes — Work with ticketing systems and follow ITIL best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT experience.
• Strong Python automation skills.
• Basic Linux/Unix, Kafka, or Big Data ecosystem knowledge.
• Experience with Git and ticketing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Solr, AWS/GCP, CI/CD, Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk or Prometheus.
