ABAP Developer

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree with 5-9 years of relevant SAP ABAP experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP).
• Hands-on experience with DDIC, ALV Reports, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.
• Knowledge of Enhancements, User Exits, BAdIs, and SAP Transport Management (CTS).
• Good understanding of SAP FI/CO modules and related data models.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in ABAP performance tuning and optimization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to manage end-to-end development projects.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with functional and business teams.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Professional experience building high-quality apps or services from the ground up and scaling at an enterprise level
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, CDS Views, and AMDP
• Knowledge of OData services and SAP Gateway
• Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5
• Experience with workflow, Web Dynpro ABAP, or PI/PO integrations
• SAP certification in ABAP
• Experience with Open-Source tools and frameworks
• Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
