Your Role – Job Role

As a SAP SF PMGM Consultant, you will : 

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and understand client business processes.
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goal Management modules.
• Design and configure – Goal Plans, Performance Review Forms, Route Maps, Calibration Sessions, Continuous Performance Management (CPM)
• Work on PMGM integrations with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.
• Perform impact analysis, solution design, testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
• Conduct client demos, workshops, and user training sessions.
• Support data migration and reporting requirements.

Your Profile – Skills Required : 

• 3-5 years of experience in configuring and administering SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management modules.
• Previous experience in HR or talent management processes, such as employee evaluations, goal setting, and performance reviews, is highly beneficial. 
• SuccessFactors certification
