Role Overview

We are looking for a motion graphics designer and video editor to create high-impact visual storytelling assets across campaigns, thought leadership, and executive communication. This role requires someone who goes beyond execution—bringing narrative thinking, pacing, and visual storytelling into video formats. A strong, demonstrable portfolio is mandatory.

1. Motion Graphics & Video Creation

Design and produce engaging motion graphics, animations, and videos for campaigns, presentations, and digital platforms ,Create kinetic typography, explainer videos, social video assets, and branded content ,Apply motion design techniques including transitions, visual effects, and animation principles

2. End-to-End Video Editing

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality final outputs ,Handle cutting, sequencing, audio mixing, and visual enhancement ,Perform colour correction, grading, and consistency checks

3. Storytelling & Narrative Execution

Translate scripts, briefs, and abstract ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives ,Collaborate closely with content teams to bring technical and strategic concepts to life visually ,Contribute to storyboarding and visual sequencing

4. Campaign & Digital Asset Production

Create assets across formats, Social media videos ,Event/townhall videos ,Explainers and capability videos ,Leadership and internal communication content ,Ensure alignment with brand, tone, and campaign objectives .

Audio & Visual Quality Enhancement

• Apply sound design, audio balancing, and effects to improve engagement ,Ensure accessibility through captions, clarity, and pacing

Collaboration & Workflow Management

• Work with writers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end assets ,Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment ,Follow structured workflows across pre-production, production, and post-production.
