Your Role

We’re hiring for skilled and motivated CrowdStrike Falcon and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint across Bangalore/Mumbai/Hyderabad location to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 9 years hands-on experience with strong expertise in CrowdStrike Falcon and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) including installation, configuration, upgrades, and policy management.

Your Profile

1. Manage Endpoint Security Solutions
   Administer and support EDR platforms such as CrowdStrike Falcon and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and policy management.
2. Monitor and Respond to Security Incidents
   Investigate endpoint security alerts, perform threat analysis, support incident response activities, and ensure timely remediation of security issues.
3. Provide Technical Support and Troubleshooting
   Act as L2/L3 support for endpoint security tools, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with vendors for problem resolution.
4. Optimize Security Posture
   Fine-tune detection rules, security policies, and configurations to reduce false positives and improve threat detection effectiveness.
5. Client and Stakeholder Engagement
   Attend client calls, provide operational updates, recommend security enhancements and integrations, and drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
