Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client’s software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA’s ensuring client satisfaction
- Install, configure, and maintain all network services, equipment, and devices.

- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problems and outages
|
- Program routers, switches, and other network hardware
|
|
|
- Define, document, and enforce system standards
|
- Manages all system back-up and restore protocol
|
- Plans and supports network and computing infrastructure
|
- Schedule updates and upgrades
|
- Proficient in rack server installation and cabling.
|
- Ability to read and understand schematics and design documentation
|
- Proficient in cable management for functionality and esthetic purposes
|
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
|
- Ensuring the effective administration of a new business network
|
- Performing troubleshooting on all programs when required
|
- Preparing post-mortem reports and performing trend analysis when there are system failures
