Telecom Field Engineer
Location: PAN India
Experience: 3–6 Years
Role Overview
This is a field engineering and telecom project management role focused on network rollout, deployment execution, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and execution of telecom rollout activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, field deployment engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and alignment with project objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in telecom field operations and deployment projects.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom project field management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing RAN rollout and swap projects involving Nokia technologies.
Preferred Skills
• Project Management experience in telecom deployment environments.
• Direct customer management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Quality Management knowledge and implementation experience.
