Your Role – Job Role

As a SAP WFS Consultant, you will : 

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to workforce management and time tracking.
• Configure and implement Workforce Software (WFS) modules. Design Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Leave, and Absence Management solutions. Integrate WFS with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Payroll, and other HR systems. Configure work schedules, pay rules, accruals, attendance policies, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
• Develop functional specifications and configuration documents.
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve WFS production issues. Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams and project managers for successful delivery.

Your Profile – Skills Required : 

• 6+ years of Workforce Software implementation experience. Experience in at least one end-to-end WFS implementation project.
• Strong understanding of Workforce.
• PT102/PT103 certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
