| Areas of Responsibilities | |
| Business process analysis | Assist in data analysis to support identification of domain-specific change areas. |
| Market research & benchmarking | Support market research and benchmarking study to identify industry trends and alternate third party products wherever applicable. |
| Optimization Initiatives | Assist in identifying improvement areas across processes and functions to enhance process performance and solution delivery. |
| Technical Documentation | Support in translating technical specifications into clear, user-oriented documentation and communication materials to form base for implementation. |
