The purpose of this role is to create content to convey complex, technical information to users using multiple techniques (writing, illustrations etc) as per client requirements and applicable quality standards

• Using Confluence and other documentation development tools
• Develop new content as well as help to maintain the over ~2500 pages of editor facing documentation.
• 1-3 years’ experience authoring high-quality and detailed technical documents
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or relevant work experience
• Strong experience developing and optimizing knowledge content
• Ability to integrate complex ideas, strategies, and operational models into content that can be easily understood.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with Confluence and Keynote highly preferred
• An interest in maps
• Comfortable interfacing with product managers, software engineers, and service delivery groups to execute timely delivery of knowledge assets
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Make recommendations and gather team consensus to move forward
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently to resolve issues with a mindset towards execution and delivery.
• Passion for delivering projects and communications on time with the highest level of quality
• Meet deadlines and complete multiple projects on aggressive schedules
