The purpose of this role is to create content to convey complex, technical information to users using multiple techniques (writing, illustrations etc) as per client requirements and applicable quality standards

- Using Confluence and other documentation development tools
- Develop new content as well as help to maintain the over ~2500 pages of editor facing documentation.
- 1-3 years’ experience authoring high-quality and detailed technical documents
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or relevant work experience
- Strong experience developing and optimizing knowledge content
- Ability to integrate complex ideas, strategies, and operational models into content that can be easily understood.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Confluence and Keynote highly preferred
- An interest in maps
- Comfortable interfacing with product managers, software engineers, and service delivery groups to execute timely delivery of knowledge assets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Make recommendations and gather team consensus to move forward
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently to resolve issues with a mindset towards execution and delivery.
- Passion for delivering projects and communications on time with the highest level of quality
- Meet deadlines and complete multiple projects on aggressive schedules
