Associate Business Advisor

Your Role

• 1 to 2 years of experience in BPO, Healthcare, Claims Processing, Customer Service, Collections, or related operations.
• Experience in handling customer issues, case management, and escalation management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good comprehension and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, email systems, web-based tools, and data entry activities.
• Willingness to work in a 24×7 environment.
• Open to work from office.
