Python _GenAI/ML Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based AI/ML and GenAI services aligned to product and business needs.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs using FastAPI/Flask for model inference and GenAI workflows.
• Implement GenAI solutions (prompting, orchestration, evaluation) and integrate them into applications responsibly.
• Develop and maintain ML pipelines for data preparation, training, validation, and inference using NumPy and Pandas.
• Apply MLOps practices to enable reproducible experiments, versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, and reliable deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, estimates, and deliverables.
• Write clean, testable code; conduct reviews; and ensure performance, security, and scalability standards are met.
• Troubleshoot production issues, improve observability, and continuously enhance model/service quality.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Python development for AI/ML or data-driven applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python with practical experience using Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience building and deploying APIs using FastAPI and/or Flask.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals and experience delivering ML solutions end-to-end.
• Exposure to MLOps practices for packaging, deployment, and monitoring of ML systems.
